Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quantum Bot ("the Service", "the bot"), an automated WhatsApp Business messaging assistant operated by Quantum Web Studio (Kelantan, Malaysia) over the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). By messaging our WhatsApp business number, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 The Service

The Service lets you interact with a business over WhatsApp to:

• Ask questions about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Make and manage bookings, orders, or repair jobs.
• Receive status updates, invoices, receipts, and related information.

Replies may be generated automatically (including by AI) and/or sent by staff. The Service is provided to assist you; it does not replace formal agreements, quotations, or professional advice from the business.

3 Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing messages.
• Send spam, scams, or attempt to defraud the business or other users.
• Upload malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

You must also comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Terms of Service. We may stop responding to, block, or report any number that violates these Terms or WhatsApp's policies.

4 Messaging & Opt-Out

By messaging us first, you consent to receive replies on WhatsApp. We will only message you to reply to you, to send updates you have requested or opted in to, or as otherwise permitted by WhatsApp's policy. You can opt out of further messages at any time by sending "STOP". Standard message or data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

5 Automated & AI Responses

Some replies are produced automatically, including by artificial intelligence. While we aim for accuracy, automated answers (including prices, availability, and status) may contain errors or be out of date and are provided for convenience only. Final pricing, availability, and commitments are confirmed by the business directly. Do not rely solely on an automated reply for important decisions.

6 No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available, or that messages will be delivered without delay. WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta Platforms and your network, which are outside our control.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Quantum Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or reliance on an automated or inaccurate reply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8 Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may stop providing the Service to any number at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
