1 Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quantum Web Studio platform ("the Platform"), operated by Quantum Web Studio, Kelantan, Malaysia. By creating an account, using the Platform, or connecting a third-party account to it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2 What the Platform Provides
We build and host storefront websites and online stores for independent businesses. Each merchant receives a hosted storefront and a self-service dashboard used to manage shop details, products, orders, and connected accounts. Features vary by plan and may change as the Platform develops.
3 Your Account
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One account represents one business; do not resell or share access without our written agreement.
4 Connected Third-Party Accounts
The Platform can connect to third-party services such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. When you connect an account, you authorise us to access and act on that account on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you granted and strictly for the features you have enabled.
- You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage on behalf of your business.
- Your use of each platform through us must also comply with that platform's own terms and policies. Where a provider's terms conflict with ours, the provider's terms govern your use of their service.
- Content displayed from a connected account remains subject to that provider's rules on display, attribution, and removal.
- You may disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access to it.
- We may suspend a connection if a provider requires it, or if we detect misuse.
5 Your Content
You keep ownership of everything you publish through the Platform — product listings, photos, videos, and text. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run your storefront. You confirm that you hold the rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6 Acceptable Use
Do not use the Platform to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing material; to sell prohibited goods; to send unsolicited bulk messages; to attempt to access another merchant's data; or to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
7 Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance at the rate agreed when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.
8 Availability
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may cause downtime. We are not responsible for a third-party provider changing or withdrawing an API that a feature depends on.
9 Suspension & Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or that has unpaid fees. On termination we will make your data available for a reasonable period before deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Web Studio will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12 Changes
We may revise these Terms as the Platform develops. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be announced in the merchant dashboard before they take effect.
