Quantum Bot is a software service operated by Quantum Web Studio that gives small businesses an automated WhatsApp assistant on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta. It is built for retail stores and phone-repair shops that handle a high volume of customer enquiries on WhatsApp every day.

Each business stays in control of its own number. With the business owner's consent, the owner connects their own WhatsApp Business Account to Quantum Bot through Meta's official Embedded Signup — no passwords are shared with us. From that point, Quantum Bot helps the business answer customers instantly and lets the business's own staff take over the conversation whenever they want, all from a single dashboard.

How we use platform data

Quantum Bot uses the data it receives from a connected business — incoming customer messages, the customer's WhatsApp phone number and profile name, and message delivery status — for one purpose only: to deliver the messaging service for that specific business. That means replying to its customers, sending the status updates, quotations and invoices the business asks for, and letting the business's staff read and respond to those chats.

We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Each business's conversations are isolated from every other business on the platform. A business can disconnect and request deletion of its data at any time.
