How we use platform data
Quantum Bot uses the data it receives from a connected business — incoming customer messages, the customer's WhatsApp phone number and profile name, and message delivery status — for one purpose only: to deliver the messaging service for that specific business. That means replying to its customers, sending the status updates, quotations and invoices the business asks for, and letting the business's staff read and respond to those chats.
We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Each business's conversations are isolated from every other business on the platform. A business can disconnect and request deletion of its data at any time.
